I have felt the urge to write for a long time, though I haven’t known what to write about. I’ve been torn between making it a personal piece or something more professional. I have finally found a balance and started typing away with excitement.
This piece was not initially meant for publication, but I think it could be a heartfelt introduction to a blog I might start. We all seek emotions and feelings, even when reading an “About Me” page on a website. This piece should reflect that warmth, even if created for a professional purpose.
When blogging first became popular, I dabbled in various blogs with more personal scribbles, reflecting early adulthood’s struggles, passions, and quirks. But then I stopped writing, feeling uncomfortable exposing myself to the world. This discomfort led me to avoid social media and refrain from expressing opinions online. It still feels strange to share personal thoughts on any platform.
Today, we face the reality that not expressing ourselves risks fading into obscurity. Leaving a mark, voicing opinions in the digital world, and building a community has become vital. If you are not writing, you don’t exist there.
I intend for this site to serve a professional purpose—sharing what I have read, my professional experiences, and my connections, making them exist on a different platform, possibly forging new connections, and, most importantly, using it as a tool for self-expression.
I hope this site fosters open dialogue and constructive, good-natured comments that enrich the moment we live in and, personally, myself, allowing us to leave a different impact on the world together.
Thank you for being here, dear participant reader.
